The International Builders’ Show has an contest each year for “best product,” and the 2020 winner for Best in Show is the Enginuity Micro-CHP, which is a souped-up water heater that produces electricity. Evaluating more than 350 entries in nine categories, 28 industry and media judges considered the products’ innovation, functionality, design and builder/consumer friendliness to make the list. The Micro-CHP also won Best Energy Efficient Product and Best Home Technology Product.
